VoIP Features
Regular phone service usually charges more for extra calling features. VoIP comes with many advanced calling features.
Call forwarding: The subscriber can forward the calls to any number(s) on three conditions,
Unconditional
Busy
No Response
In Unconditional case all the calls coming to that number will be routed to the numbers specified in the list.
In Busy case if the number called is busy then the call will be routed to the numbers specified in the list.
In No Response case the call will ring for configured time and then if there is no response in that period of time call will be routed to the numbers specified in the list.
Call Bar: If subscriber doesn’t want to make calls to set of numbers, the switch will reject the outgoing calls to those numbers specified by the user.
Call Hold: Calls can be put on hold by using this feature (Phone does need have a Hold button).
Call Return: Allows user to originate a call to the last party or number that, called the user, regardless of whether the user answered the original call or knows the caller's identity.
Caller - Id with Name: Allows the user to identify name. Caller ID will display name instead of username (Default).
Redial: Calls the last dialed number again.
Voice Mail: Subscriber can forward the calls to Voice Mail Number on three conditions,
Unconditional
Busy
No Response

In Busy case if the number called is busy then the call will be routed to the voice mail number.
In No Response case the call will ring for configured time and then if there is no response in that period of time call will be routed to the voice mail number.
Do Not Disturb: It allows or prevents incoming calls from ringing at your phone.
Call Waiting: Alert's the user for incoming calls when the user's line is engaged on an established call. Upon hearing the call waiting tone, the called party can put the current conversation on hold to answer the incoming call.
Call Block: If subscriber doesn’t want to receive calls to set of numbers, the switch will reject the incoming calls from those numbers specified by the user.
Call Pickup: The users in a switch can be made members of a pickup group. A call ringing on any user end in the pickup group can be answered from any other user end in the pickup group.
Call Transfer: Allows the user to transfer the existing call to another party.
Caller - Id Block: Caller ID will not be displayed. If Caller ID is not displayed users will be
able to initiate anonymous calls.
Speed Dial: Allows the user to call frequently called numbers by dialing an abbreviated
speed calling code instead of entire number.
Find Me Follow Me: With this feature, subscriber can direct calls to reach him/her no matter wherever they are. The calls can be directed to their cell phones or any telephone number of their choice.
